Our Story
Giraffe was launched in 2014 by a passionate ex-hotelier, who wanted to combine the ‘event supplier’ offering with a ‘hotel customer service’ attitude.
Based in our Manchester studio, we are known for our creativity and ‘can do’ attitude – with a focus on bespoke concepts for each client. Great customer service is a core of our business and rather than being ‘just another supplier’, our aim is always to become an extension of the venue team we work with.
Through word-of-mouth and recommendations Giraffe has grown into one of the best known and respected décor providers in Manchester. Our clients include national hotel, restaurant and bar groups, local boutique hotels, large offices and corporate spaces, as well as Christmas parties in some of Manchester’s best venues.
As part of our service we provide a specialist design consultation, smooth and professional installation, and a quick takedown. So we remove the headache of Christmas so you can enjoy the most festive time of year!
As well as our dedicated Christmas studio team who specialise in seasonal décor, we also have a studio-based floristry team, and Giraffe Plants which is a specialist team to install and maintain plant and garden displays.

Andrew
Managing Director
Andrew is out-and-about meeting clients to showcase what Giraffe can offer. When he’s in the office he oversees all the planning to deliver the slickest possible operation for our clients.
Kat
Creative Director
Kat set-up Giraffe as a one-stop décor agency for corporate clients and venues, with a focus on providing the best customer service. Kat designs everything from event centrepieces to grand hotel displays and manages the Christmas operations from buying to installing.
Alastair
Christmas & Projects Director
Alastair is our Christmas guru who can be found in the studio designing and creating Christmas arrangements including trees, garlands, wreaths and displays. He’s hot on the latest trends and his attention to detail makes sure our Christmas venue décor is extra special every time.
Bobby
General Manager
The glue that holds it all together! Bobby makes sure everything at Giraffe Christmas runs like clockwork – from planning to production. If it's happening, Bobby's behind it.
Jack
Project Director
Jack is always behind the scenes in the workshop building weird and wonderful props and structures. In winter he’s usually found up a ladder leading the Christmas decoration set-up teams.
